Welcome to La Piel, your trusted provider of skincare and aesthetic treatments. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree, comply with, and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any services or transactions. 


1. SERVICES AND APPOINTMENTS


1A. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES 

We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or reschedule any treatments or services. if changes are necessary, we will notify clients promptly. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments upto 72 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of an appointment may incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

No-show appointment will be charged the full treatment price. 


1B. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

Full payment is required a the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards. Prices are subject to change, and any such changes will be communicated to clients before appointments. if a service is paid for and the client wishes to cancel, refund policies will follow the outlined cancellation guidelines. 


2. LIABILITY


2A. LIABILITY FOR INFORMATION AND WEBSITE ERRORS.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is error-free. La Piel is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from inaccuracies or errors on the website, including but not limited to pricing errors, product descriptions, or treatment details.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure they read all information carefully and seek clarification necessary before proceeding with any treatments or purchasing.


2B. TREATMENT RISKS AND LIABILITY

All treatments carry inherent risks. By booking a treatments, you acknowledge that you have been informed of any potential risks or side effects. it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or contradictions that may affect your treatment. La Piel is not responsible for any adverse reactions or results from treatments where relevant health information was not disclosed in advance.


3. CLIENT BEHAVIOUR AND EXPECTATIONS.


3A.CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT CONDUCT.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during consultations and treatments. Any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct, will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and future services may be denied. 

3B. PUNCTUALITY.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time and full payment will still be required. 

3C. TREATMENT EXPERIENCE. 

During your treatment, you are encouraged to share any discomfort or concerns. We aim to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience, but clients should understand that some treatments may involve some discomfort.


4. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All content on our website, including text, trademarks and logos, are the intellectual property of La Piel and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without prior written consent from La Piel.


5.PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us during consultations, bookings, or treatments will be kept in confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services and communicating with you. For full details please refer to our Privacy Policy.


6.PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS


6A. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Any discounts, promotional offers, or packages are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions. These offers cannot be combined with there promotions unless explicitly stated. 

6B. EXPIRY DATES

Promotional packages and discounts may have an expiration date, after which they will no longer be valid. Please ensue that you redeem your offer before the expiry.


7. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

La Piel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through the website or via email. Your continued use of our services or website indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.


8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, United Kingdom.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2025


At La Piel, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds. 


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:


  • The product must be in its original unused and unopened condition.
  • The product must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase
  • The product must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. 


Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or used unless they are damaged or faulty as per our terms below.


2. REASONS FOR RETURN

We accept returns of the following reasons:


  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or exchange once we assess the issue.
  • Wrong Product Delivery: if you have received the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Change of Mind Policy: Returns for change of mind may be accepted if the product is unopened and unused. Please contact us within 28 days to discuss return for store credit or exchange. 

3. STATE OF RETURN

When returning a product, it must meet the following criteria. 

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Cosmetic and Skincare Products must be returned in unused, sealed condition for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged products: If the product is damaged during transit or has manufacturing defects, please keep all packaging and notify us as soon as possible. You may be required to provide photographic evidence to process your return.

4. PROCESS OF RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email us at nataie@lapiel.co.uk wit your order number, the product you with to return, and the reason for the return. You may also include photographic evidence for damaged or incorrect items. 
  2. Return Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorisation with instructions on how to send the item back. 
  3. Shipping the Return: Return Shipping costs are at the responsibility of the cutomerunless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that the product is returned safely.
  4. Processing the return:
  5.  After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If accepted we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.

5. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued via the same method as original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued in full, including return of shipping (if applicable).
  • Refunds for change of mind will be issued minus any return of shipping costs and only if the item is unopened and in a resalable condition.
